HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR TRAY

Live trays will keep your greens fresh for 2-6 weeks depending on variety. When the pulp tray looks dry, bottom-water by using another tray or pan to hold your microgreen trays. Let the tray soak up the water for 15-30 minutes. Once hydrated, dump off the excess water. Check for watering needs daily to get a feel for it.

Do not leave any trays outside in rainy conditions or in stagnant water. The trays will go anaerobic and mold will likely occur.
